Contributions to the Alsobrooks Casey Victory Fund will be split evenly between the Senate campaigns of Angela Alsobrooks and Sen. Bob Casey
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Alsobrooks Casey Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $6,600 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Alsobrooks for Senate and Bob Casey for Senate. The next $20,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. Any funds allocated to Alsobrooks for Senate that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to the Maryland Democratic Party, up to $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC and $10,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC. Any funds allocated to Bob Casey for Senate Inc that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, up to $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC and $10,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC.

The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
