Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Empire State Strikes Back will be allocated as follows:
The first $39,600/$60,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly between Mondaire for Congress; Josh Riley for Congress; Suozzi for Congress; Pat Ryan for Congress; Gillen for NY; the ActBlue NY- 01 2024 Democratic Nominee Fund; and the ActBlue NY-22 2024 Democratic Nominee Fund. The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person’s/PAC’s contribution to each candidate will be allocated for use in the candidate’s primary election and the next $3,300/$5,000 will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election, except that funds for the ActBlue NY-01 2024 Democratic Nominee Fund and the ActBlue NY-22 2024 Democratic Nominee Fund may only be allocated for use in the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/PAC will be designated to the federal account of the New York State Democratic Committee. The next $6,600/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/PAC will be allocated to Jeffries for Congress, with the first $3,300/$5,000 of the person’s/PAC’s contribution allocated for use in the primary election and the next $3,300/$5,000 allocated for use in the general election. The next $5,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/PAC will be allocated to Jobs, Education, & Families First JEFF PAC.
Funds allocated to the Nominee Funds will be transferred to ActBlue to hold the funds in escrow until a 2024 Democratic nominee in the respective Congressional district is nominated. If there is no 2024 Democratic nominee in the respective Congressional district, any funds allocated to the Nominee Fund will be reallocated to ActBlue.

The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
