Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Landsman McGarvey Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All funds raised under this Agreement from a person shall be divided 50% to Landsman for Congress and 50% to Morgan McGarvey for Congress. Any amount that cannot be allocated to Landsman for Congress will be allocated to Morgan McGarvey for Congress. Any amount that cannot be allocated to Morgan McGarvey for Congress will be allocated to Landsman for Congress. The first $3,300 from a person to any one committee is designated to the 2024 Primary election. The second $3,300 from a person to any one committee is designated to the 2024 General election. The first $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee to any one committee is designated to the 2024 Primary election. The second $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee to any one committee is designated to the 2024 General election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting allison@cfoconsults.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
